01What you can write to us about
- Bugs: a correct entry marked wrong, a misleading hint, a frozen screen and so on. Please include your device and browser, roughly when it happened and the difficulty level — a screenshot helps.
- Puzzles and guides: if you think a puzzle is in the wrong difficulty level, or you spot a mistake in the beginner’s guide or its diagrams, we would like to hear about it.
- Feature ideas and partnership enquiries.

03Response time
We try to reply within a few working days, but we cannot promise an individual reply to every message. Please never send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
